App should be for everyone!!
This app isn’t user friendly. This app should be for everyone that is assigned transportation from Sentry but it isn’t. Your car service is terrible and this app makes it worse. I would love to have at least some type of control/security with my reservation with the app because calling takes forever and a day but the app doesn’t even apply to me.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate
This company shouldn’t even exist. They are the worst mode of transportation EVER! They deserve no stars and absolutely zero credit. If they remove their heads from there butts then maybe they can be taken seriously. As far as efficiency for disabled people they lack severly.

I don’t know if this a cab service or a medical transport service because if you don’t request a Ambulette you get a livery car and most of the time it late or reservations are not honored
