I go to the store, I always find what I want , check the app , it says out of stock , if o do find the items and put in the cart , the order comes missing it , why ? , someone took it before the order got handled , doesn’t matter if you order 6 in the morning before anyone !

Out of stock

So many items out of stock and does not get restocked regularly makes the shopping experience terrible as i am waiting for them to get back before i order it this could take weeks and more not acceptable

Not enough delivery times

There are very few delivery times, usually u can’t get a delivery for the next day which is quite frustrating. And if I do even find one it’s usually now at 8pm-12am, I had a delivery come once at 12am, far too late. Today it came at 8pm with I’m ok with .

اختيار الفرع

موضوع اختيار الفرع ده مزعج ياربت يتلغى يا يتحط فى settings جوا البرنامج يا يبقى بيتحدد بالgps انما كل متفتح البرنامج تقعد تختار الفرع

سعودي المحل غير الابليكشن

تتعامل اسرتي مع محلات (بقالة وسوبر ماركت) سعودي من زمان، منذ السبعينات حينما كان بقالة، ثم بعدها تحول الي سوبر ماركت وبقينا لجودة المنتجات وحسن تعامل العاملين وذوقهم الرفيع الطيب. قبل الابليكشن كان هناك خدمة واتساب وكانت الي حد كبير جيدة لكن افتقدت التحديث بمعني ان بعد ارسال الطلب، يكلمك احد مندوبي خدمة العملاء ويقول لك ما هو متاح من بدائل اذا كان المنتج غير موجود. كنت اظن ان الابليكشن يوفر ذلك عليا وعلي العاملين لكن للاسف مازال هناك بعض النواقص والابليكشن به الكثير من المشاكل التقنية التي لا تجعله قادرا على جعل التسوق راحة للعميل بل اصبح عبء اسبوعي كبير…ارجو من سعودي العمل علي استخدام ابليكشن جيد كي تستمر سمعته الجيدة للاجيال القادمة

خدمة ضعيفة

نتيجة عدم التحديث المستمر للمنتجات المعروضة فالتطبيق دائما لاتوجد بعض المنتجات ويطلب المعروضة علي التطبيق وايضا التاخير فالتسليم مايزيد عن ثلاث ساعات وعندما سالتهم عن التاخير لاكثر من ثلاث ساعات كان الرد هذه سياستنا !!
فكنت اطر الي البحث عن اماكن غير السعودية تقوم بالتوصيل السريع مثل الكارفور و تطبيق طلبات

Every time, i recieve many calls for alternatives problem that are not available and the app does not clarify that. I prefer to use beeadfast

Awful App.

Used to place an order, 5 hours later (past midnight), and they still haven’t delivered the order. Tried to cancel in the app: response “cannot cancel”. Don’t recommend this app at all!

Use breadfast instead

The App is always out of date. The store calls 3-4 times on every order to tell you that what you ordered is actually out of stock. Have raised this issue multiple times but hasn’t been fixed. I prefer breadfast.
