Does what it’s supposed to. Links to Apple health app. No extra bells and whistles. Not needed either.

I used to wear both a fashion watch and a Fitbit for the last three year The Sequent has performed flawlessly and I have only had to charge it once every 6 months or so instead of twice a week with the Fitbit.

Was great
Was great but now the app starts like a fresh install asking to register or log in, and I can’t log in (login timeout) and the pass word reset doesn’t send a reset email.

Still Works
I have one of the original Elektron watches from the kickstarter (I think early 2021?), and it is still completely functional with the app. Pleasantly surprised.

Awful App
App won’t even let me sign up for an account. Just fill everything out. Press next and nothing happens. Terrible experience so far
Watch is unusable. App crashes on update.
after waiting more than 2 years for this kickstarter to ship, I got the watch today. I downloaded this app and it takes me to an update page. I have no choice. I want to set the time, but when I press “update” the app stops and that’s all. If I restart the app, I go through the same thing. I put in a request for support and got an email that I would receive a response in 2 or 3 days. Garbage!

Connection issues.
I bought the Sequent Elektron (NASA one) watch more than a year ago. At the beggining, it connected well to my Iphone, worked well and measurements pretty accurate.
Months after, the watch started to disconnect from my phone and making it really hard to connect again, losing a lot of my data.
I contacted their costumer service and they tried to help me, but it didn’t work well so I had to send it back to their headquarters.
Once back, the watch worked very well for 2 weeks and again, it gets disconnected from my phone by itself and it is not even giving me the time accurately.
The design is beautiful, the idea great, but it is a lot of money for this watch giving you headaches.

App appears to work well …
It was a breeze setting up a new Supercharger HR2.2. There isn’t unnecessary complexity and its an intuitive dashboard that works well recording workout and location data. So a job well done. It appears there have been a series of ongoing updates to improve the software which is reassuring.
I’m giving 4/5 on the basis that the app doesn’t seem to include the ability to remove pre existing sleep data accrued during the delivery of the watch itself. That would keep my data relevant and tidy.

Cannot Connect
I downloaded the application but will not sync to my watch very frustrating and no other trouble shooting offered through the website.

Now able to use imperial units!
Thanks for making the option of metric or imperial units! It is much appreciated. Now I just have to contact support to find out why my steps aren’t syncing to Apple Health. My sleep is syncing but steps aren’t.
