Couldn’t play past level 10
Once I got to level 10 I couldn’t click anything. Restarted app and checked for updates. Nothing worked.

I completed all levels it stopped at 915 when is the new location coming out??
Love the game but cost a lot to play
I have had the game for about two weeks and I spent so much money on the game because everything you need to actually win you have to buy … why every new level do I have to rebuy ( with gems which cost ) things like the air freshener… and I like the challenge but why must I provide so much food and their patience is low … great game concept though

Game stuck
Game stuck after level 30. Unable to click on anything on the screen. Tried to restart app multiple times buts nothing helped. Not sure what to do further to continue play the game. Later the game stop downloaded at 85%.
eh.
Nice game to play when you’re bored but it freezes up at times and causes you to lose your streaks and any boosters you may be using at the time. That’s kind of annoying. I’m currently watching the game just sit after all the customers have left and I’ve reached the goal. Third time today. Wasted boosts.

Stops working at level 10
Stops working at level 10. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again several times in the last few months and still have the issue. It’s too bad as it was a nice game

Disappointed Player
I’ve been completed all of the spa locations and for almost two months I haven’t been able to play this game because it’s been saying that more locations are coming soon but nothing has been added. Add more locations so that we can continue playing the game. I’ve cleared all 915 and still waiting 😡

Disappointed
This games continues to shut down especially when you are winning and it does not allow you to pickup where you left off you have to start over and if you used rewards it will not replace them
Game has hit a wall
Game was fun but now I have been stuck because there are no new levels. I’m tired of playing the same spa scene in lotus. We need new spas and levels!!
Paid VIP Progress Keeps Resetting — No Support Response
I really enjoyed playing Serenity’s Spa, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have spent over $30 on this game, but my VIP ranking has now reset multiple times after the game crashed. Most recently, it froze again right as I was reaching VIP status.
I have reported this issue through the in-game support, emailed multiple official support addresses, and even used the contact form. I also followed up on a previous emails I sent. Despite all of those attempts, I have never received a response from a human.
This is not just a gameplay inconvenience it involves paid progress. I simply want my VIP progress restored and for someone to acknowledge the issue. Until then, I cannot recommend spending money on this game or playing this game.

Been trying to play like 10x already by installing and uninstalling but still freezes when reaching level 10! Waste of time!

The game no longer loads. If it does it’s frozen and won’t completely the game.

Annoying
Game keeps crashing if you keep playing, mostly mid game and that resets the VIP customers to start from scratch. It is annoying and no longer fun!
Frozen
Seems like a fun game until I reach level 10 and the whole thing freezes. I have restarted my phone and deleted/redownloaded the app and it still freezes in the same spot every time with no way to continue.
Constant Crashing
The game crashes so often that it is almost impossible to play. It constantly is restarting your VIP account even when you do not lose a level due to the amount of crashing that is happening. I really enjoy this game, but this is absurd. I have restarted my iPad, made sure that my iPad was up-to-date, and even restarted and cleared the cache on this app, but nothing has changed.
