Annoying
Game keeps crashing if you keep playing, mostly mid game and that resets the VIP customers to start from scratch. It is annoying and no longer fun!
Constant Crashing
The game crashes so often that it is almost impossible to play. It constantly is restarting your VIP account even when you do not lose a level due to the amount of crashing that is happening. I really enjoy this game, but this is absurd. I have restarted my iPad, made sure that my iPad was up-to-date, and even restarted and cleared the cache on this app, but nothing has changed.

This game is fun and lowkey addictive, amazing level upgrades it still no home decor upgrade for over a year now. Fix that! Glad yall updated the VIP list, curious why Don got swapped out for Swifty 😂

I enjoy this game but it freezes on me often. It causes me to lose my streaks. Annoying but still a good game.

Fun game but the foot spa glitches and won’t let me pull the figure to the foot spa chair.

My game started freezing to the point I cannot click on upgrading of my house, sometimes the game loads to 85% and I have to close it out and re open it several times I was really enjoying this game! DO BETTER AND FIX YOUR GAME!
Enjoyable game but expensive
I have played this game for quite a long time now but in order to progress expect to pay it’s the only way
I’m a little disappointed at the moment because the boosters are expensive and the game isn’t giving the correct information per level to choose the correct boosters, £2 buys 200 and it cost 150 for 3 boosters

I really liked the game and then it hasn’t updated or can’t reach higher levels do to I guess them not expecting us to reach a higher level its a lack of effort please do better now I have find a new game !!! I like the game until I didn’t 🙄
Fun Game/Freezing Issues
Love the game but it freezes at level 10. I was far beyond this game in levels but it froze and I had to delete the app and start over. Now it freezes each time I get to level 10. I’ve tried contacting the helpdesk, but I have not received a response. Very frustrating.

Freezing Issue
It’s adorable and fun. After the first nine or ten levels I find it freezes and does not respond to any tapping. Uninstalling and reinstalling erases earlier progress. I would love to keep playing if this issue can be resolved

Please fix bug
I loved this game on my android phone but of course needed to restart all my progress when I moved over to apple. But as soon as I finish level 9, the whole screen is unresponsive to touch. The animations are still going, but I’m tapping everywhere and nothing is happening.
