Where are Three updates after July 2022

On my MacBook it show two updates three months ago and three updates in last two months ago, latest being just a week ago. On the phone it indicate last app update was in July 2022.

Bike cell connection not working

CTY Speed purchased in September will not connect to cellular for the e-lock. Shows my bike is still in China…Bluetooth connects as expected, most the time.
