Extremely Disappointed
I honestly didn’t expect this from Harley-Davidson, especially for a $30,000+ motorcycle. The LiveWire One app is a complete letdown — it doesn’t even connect half the time. I’ve tried every possible reset, re-pair, and update, and it still refuses to work reliably.
For a brand built on engineering excellence and heritage, this level of software quality is unacceptable. You’d think for this price point, basic app connectivity would just work. Sadly, it’s a huge miss that really drags down the ownership experience. Very disappointed.

I agree with others that this app is lacking the functionality and smoothness that we have come to expect from LiveWire.
There is no longer any service to connect with and monitor the motorcycle, which was taken away at least 2 years ago with the promise of a replacement service. Yet there is still nothing available.
LiveWire has, and continues to drop the ball with this issue as well as the app in general.

EV no support
LiveWire app no longer supports the motorcycle. I can no longer tell charging status, battery life, alarm status, anti theft tools, and bike location. Basically making the LiveWire One the only EV without an app. The loss of features make this bike not worth any price for the motorcycle.
Flipped the script on us
Sold us $24,000 motorcycles and then cancelled the app service. Just for us LWOne owners though. I guess we’re not Livewire’s prime demographic anymore.
