Extremely Disappointed
For a brand built on engineering excellence and heritage, this level of software quality is unacceptable. You’d think for this price point, basic app connectivity would just work. Sadly, it’s a huge miss that really drags down the ownership experience. Very disappointed.
No more access
Needs more
There is no longer any service to connect with and monitor the motorcycle, which was taken away at least 2 years ago with the promise of a replacement service. Yet there is still nothing available.
LiveWire has, and continues to drop the ball with this issue as well as the app in general.

Silent
App is junk.
The button to give feedback is broken.
UI Interface and Data Retrieval Issues
The UI is very buggy when changing tabs and tapping on the right arrow to focus on Bike Stats. The data pull process (motorcycle->backend->phone) is incredibly slow. And often times gets hung up on loading analytics.
I would also appreciate there to be more attention drawn to the app’s navigation feature. It would be great if the process to show navigation on the bike was more intuitive and less clunky.
P.S. - I have a feeling that app development is outsourced to a 3rd party. With LiveWire’s ongoing company growth, you need to hire 2-3 app developers to focus on this project. I know you guys are hiring, and this application deserves more priority if you plan to continue marketing it to riders.
