Bed not found
App used to work great. It works on iphone but stopped working on my ipad.
Sucks
If I could I’d give zero stars, the remote worked once and now my bed is stuck in the up position and I can’t even get it to connect to my bed

Love this application, easy to install and convenient to use on your adjustable bed from your smart phone. Love, love, love it!!!
Pretty much a flop
Like others have said, it will randomly only pick up one bed. I have to close out of the app and reopen it. When it is connected, it does work... but why not make it so that the beds automatically reconnect... having to "setup" the bed every time is stupid. As for the alarm feature.. If the feature would work without my phone being open/unlocked on the app screen all night.. it might be useful. Pretty stupid app

I love when it works
Badly in need of update. Fails to pick up both my bases for my king signature. Sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes it'll only pick up one base and other times it just doesn't pick up anything. This mostly started happening when this app was also downed to our iPad as well as iPhones. So it doesn't have the capability to function when loaded on multiple devices. So annoying!!

Setup
I downloaded the app to my iPhone 6 and it worked just fine. When I loaded it onto my wife's iPad mini, the app refused to recognize our dual beds. However , when I went through the setup process with the iPad mini, I had somehow set an alarm for an hour later. An hour later,I was playing with the iPad mini when it notified me that an alarm had been triggered. I returned to the Serta app, went to Setup, and both beds were recognized. The app is now working just fine with the iPhone and the iPad.

Not working
One day it picked up both twin bases, now only finds one. App support is no longer existent.
Disappointed
I used this app for about 3 weeks and it was awesome! Loved the alarm and the bed going into the position I programmed when it's time to wake up, and the remote being on my iPhone 6 Plus for my Serta Motion Signature king size adjustable bed. But for a month now, the app won't pick up the 2nd bed. I've contacted everyone and I'm back to it being an app problem. I wish it never had worked for me so I wouldn't keep coming back periodically only to be disappointed over and over again. One day I'm really hoping to be surprised.

Great except one thing
I love everything about the base and the app, the only improvement I would recommend is to have it where the alarm works from the phone being closed. Honestly, I believe it deserves 5 stars regardless. I just really want this update.
Just for Motion Signature, Not Other Models
I love this app! I see reviewers stating this app doesn’t work, others say it does; one specifically mentions a $4500 bed which is probably the king size Motion Custom (two twin XLs), and I can vouch that the app does indeed work... very well. I just received my back ordered Serta Motion Signature foundation, which this app is for (the icon even depicts the corner retainer bars unique to the Motion Signature). The sync process is completely painless once you go to the setup screen. Literally took 10 seconds including reading and trying to decide whether to rename or not (I did not).
A suggestion to those with other Serta adjustable foundation models to try the “Serta Remote” app instead of this “Motion Signature” app. I do think it will work with the Motion Perfect also, but I'm not sure.

Love the Alarm
I just purchased a Tempurpedic and really wanted to get an adjustable base. It was really tough to decide which base to get (Tempurpedic or this one) I downloaded the app in the showroom, immediately paired a showroom bed to the app and was able to control the whole thing through my phone. The app tells you what level you are on which is nice because the remote does not tell you. Tempurpedic's remote has an LED screen so you can see what levels you are on.
What really sold me though was that through this app, you can set an alarm to wake you up to a custom position and a massage! How cool is that? The stand for the remote has a plug I can plug my phone into it and to to sleep! In order for the alarm to work though, the app has to be open so I just leave it open before I go to sleep at night.
Ohh and one more thing, set up was easy peasy, took no more than 10 seconds to pair.

Sync problems!
With the previous versions we can sync 2 iPhones at same time, with this new version cant do it anymore, please fix it! 😫
Most recent update fixed the issue.
I just downloaded the most recent update and the app now recognizes the bed!

Please fix this app
It worked well until I installed the update, we have a duel king and the app raises the entire bed
Works Great
I have the iPhone 6 and the app works fine. I didn't even have to do anything to set it up. As soon as it opened it recognized my bed. It's a little nicer than the standard remote that came with the bed because it shows the percentages on the massage feature.
Please correct the issue
Same problem as everybody else. App won't recognize my bed or any bed since last update. It was great when it worked. Miss having the convenience of using my phone to control bed. I hope it's fixed soon.

Awful Awful Awful!!!
This app has been sketchy and unreliable AT BEST since we purchased our bed last year. Now it doesn't work AT ALL. Don't bother...you'll just end up angry and frustrated.
