App Never Works
Just bought the mattress and I can’t get app to work. At least the bed came with a remote.
App crashes every time
Every single time I try to connect my pump, the app crashes and refuses to conduct to the pump. It does not work at all.
Garbage
The app does not work, multiple delete, then download again. Bed will get next one star review
App doesn’t work/Can’t connect to the bed!!
When I open the app I get nothing but a black screen now. The last couple of times I’ve opened the app I have to unplug the bed and plug it back in again and set up the info in the app all over again.
Now I can’t even inflate or deflate the bed. I’m stuck. Please fix the app.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
Sometimes when I use the app, I have to totally reset everything. However, most time I’m in bed and can’t set up the air while I’m in bed. So I have to get out of bed set it up and then get back in bed. Very annoying!! when it works, it’s fine.
