VERY ANNOYING APP!!
App ask for feedback repeatedly, and even if you give it feedback, it keeps asking for more. No way to permanently tell it to stop asking “Are you enjoying the app?”
Great features
Love the simplicity but cloud be more responsive but I understand the advanced technology
Inadequate, inconsistent and needs major improvements
As a previous owner of Sleeepnumber i8 smart bed I find this app inaccurate, inconsistent and the data often questionable. I believe this app requires more development work and improvements, especially if it wants to succeed in the market of smart beds which requires customers to pay premium for. There are two things that are better than Sleepnumber with respect to beds smartness, the depth of sleep data and turning over data. Ok so we like that the app shows how many times each of us turns in bed. I find this information interesting and validating, especially when I wake up and don’t feel like I had a decent rest. We also like that the app is showing the % of deep vs light sleep. This is very useful, as deep sleep is critical and knowing it allows you to change things to improve it.
With respect to the rest, following are our observations and recommendations for improvement:
* Syncing data daily should be unnecessary, the sensor should detect when you are out of bed for more than 10 minutes and automatically pull sleep data. It should not suddenly sync if you are still in bed.
* The app doesn’t increase or reduce the score based on the length of sleep…also if I go to bed at 9:30 but fall asleep at 10:00 it doesn’t distinguish these two times. Maybe there is a way to put a goal for how many hours one wants to be asleep (like 7 hrs should be a minimum standard) and then the app recognizes that you didn’t reach your goal.
* the app does not distinguish quality of sleep based on heart rate, if I drink alcohol and it is elevated, it doesn’t care, but it should significantly reduce my score if my RHR is 62 most nights but after couple of glasses of wine it increases to 70. Higher heart rate impacts the quality of the sleep.
* The sensors don’t distinguish between time in bed versus falling asleep and the app doesn’t truly show how long I was in bed before I feel asleep. For example, few times my husband was in bed earlier than I, reading and I joined him about 30 min later, when we both immediately shut off the lights. I fell asleep within minutes and we both woke up at the same time. The sleep info and the score showed that he was asleep 30 min longer, but he wasn’t as we fell asleep together.
* One night my husband couldn’t sleep and got up at 3am and he synced his data but I was still asleep yet it synced my data showing like I also got up at 3 am. it should not do that.
* Often there is a long lag between pressing to sync data and the sleep quality number result showing for that specific night. Few times I synced at 6am, and the sleep score showed up between 3 and 6pm.

Split King app software useless
ISense app not very ‘smart’ for split king! Has config for 2 profiles but will only maintain 1. Support says to use a separate phone, email (what?!) for 2nd profile. Issue since we only have
1 phone. Also, the app does not reflect current bed pressure
In most of the time so stands to reason the results are wrong. ISense, replace current software developers and quality inspectors!
Would rate 0 if I could!

Garbage App
App doesn’t work half the time, freezes, glitches, can’t connect to the internet (despite being in the same room as the internet box), mixes up the sides of the bed, doesn’t register any sleep data (despite professional assembly of the bed and installation of the sensor bars). This app doesn’t even come close to delivering what it promises. My wife gave up and just uses the remotes.
