App is completely unusable. I have to reconnect to WiFi every single time I use it.

App is not good
Just bought the topper and love it. The app however is the worst! The schedule doesn’t work and I’m noticing it turns off in the middle of the night or gets the times wrong. Trying to figure out how I can use the topper without the app
Locked down and bad
The topper hardware is actually decent. The topper material is not bad, but lost firmness pretty fast and left body imprints within a couple months. But these are reasonable for a topper product.
The app is absolutely horrible. There is just no excuse for this in 2025, especially with Vibe coding and genAI tools. I won’t even bother either all of the things that should be fixed, the list is everything.
This being said, at the very least give us access to the data the topper collects and an API for control, so that we can control this ourself. You are forced to use the app because everything is locked down. And the app is useless.
