Sales team blew it!
I was interested in their product and get a temperature mattress free through my work. I was interested in trying their product but received so many texts from their sales team that I’m no longer interested. I don’t need a text at 4 am and 6:30 am and several the night before. Would have been an easy sell for them but they blew it. The app and instructions were super easy. Which made it even more weird that their team texts so much. It’s not rocket science!

Best sleep temperature!
We’re getting into the summer months now and being able to cool down my mattress to my ideal sleep temp has been ideal. It’s different every month!
Cooling - great, app - disappointing
I'm two weeks into using this sleep system. My partner and I are using dual zones on a queen bed, and both the cooling and the ability to have different temperatures are great.
However, the app is a real let down. It really seems like it was vibe coded. There is no discernable way to remove schedules. "Disabling" any of the days does not work and it inevitably turns on automatically at night regardless of whether anyone is using it or not. Also, the design for manually adjusting the temperature in the schedule is ridiculous. You need the tiniest fingers to hit the tiny arrows or the finest touch to drag the button to the exact temperature. The app was clearly never user tested.

Best sleep in ages
I have had issues sleeping for years now. Last year alone I averaged 2-4 hours of sleep a night. I was skeptical at first how well this product could change my nightly routine and it honestly blew me away. The product is well designed and the app reflects that. The team is very responsive and helpful if you ever get stuck and I will say this is probably the most positive experience I’ve had with a company or customer support. The app is constantly updating and improving, listening to user feedback and adding useful features. I love how easy to use it is, while also having a modern look and feature set. I am excited to see this grow!

A great system!
I’ve struggled to stay asleep for years... and in the past I would wake up almost nightly in the wee hours. Now I sleep through the night and feel sooo much better in the morning. The app is well designed and the devs seem to be on top of things, I'm happy with all of it!
