Sales team blew it!
I was interested in their product and get a temperature mattress free through my work. I was interested in trying their product but received so many texts from their sales team that I’m no longer interested. I don’t need a text at 4 am and 6:30 am and several the night before. Would have been an easy sell for them but they blew it. The app and instructions were super easy. Which made it even more weird that their team texts so much. It’s not rocket science!

Best sleep temperature!
We’re getting into the summer months now and being able to cool down my mattress to my ideal sleep temp has been ideal. It’s different every month!
Cooling - great, app - disappointing
I'm two weeks into using this sleep system. My partner and I are using dual zones on a queen bed, and both the cooling and the ability to have different temperatures are great.
However, the app is a real let down. It really seems like it was vibe coded. There is no discernable way to remove schedules. "Disabling" any of the days does not work and it inevitably turns on automatically at night regardless of whether anyone is using it or not. Also, the design for manually adjusting the temperature in the schedule is ridiculous. You need the tiniest fingers to hit the tiny arrows or the finest touch to drag the button to the exact temperature. The app was clearly never user tested.

Best sleep in ages
I have had issues sleeping for years now. Last year alone I averaged 2-4 hours of sleep a night. I was skeptical at first how well this product could change my nightly routine and it honestly blew me away. The product is well designed and the app reflects that. The team is very responsive and helpful if you ever get stuck and I will say this is probably the most positive experience I’ve had with a company or customer support. The app is constantly updating and improving, listening to user feedback and adding useful features. I love how easy to use it is, while also having a modern look and feature set. I am excited to see this grow!

A great system!
I’ve struggled to stay asleep for years... and in the past I would wake up almost nightly in the wee hours. Now I sleep through the night and feel sooo much better in the morning. The app is well designed and the devs seem to be on top of things, I'm happy with all of it!
Wife and I enjoying dual-zone temperature.
My wife and I have been sleeping on an Orion for the last month, and it’s honestly been one of the biggest upgrades we’ve made to our sleep. We’re both sleeping at a really comfortable, enjoyable temperature and waking up feeling more rested. I’ve always slept a little hot, while my wife is almost always freezing, so finding something that actually works for both of us felt impossible. Orion solved that. We’re sleeping through the night without adjusting covers, waking each other up, or generally feeling uncomfortable. The difference in how we feel during the day is noticeable.

Since then my quality of sleep has improved dramatically. Probably the best product you can buy to naturally increase your energy levels by keeping you in deep sleep. Highly recommend!

Gets really cold!
I love my Orion so much, I can’t sleep without it anymore! I check my sleep stats every morning. Alarm is my favorite part. My only complaint is that it gets too cold.

I can’t stress enough about how this product has transformed my sleep! I took a sleep test from them & learned about how crucial core body temperature is to overall sleep quality. What the test does is track your core body temperature, temperature fluctuations, and sleep interruptions throughout a given night, and when I purchased the Orion Smart Cover, it was already pre-programmed with my biometrics on day one! I noticed a significant difference in quality of sleep within the first 48 hours. I also have to mention they have incredible customer support! It really seems like they care about their customers! Orion is extremely easy to use! User friendly interface, along with cool details about my sleep, and it gives you a lot of options on the controls! My wife and I love using it, especially since I run hot and she is the complete opposite, we have never slept better!

I sleep really cold and with a shared thermostats it’s really hard to get my bedroom to a temperature that I want. This Orion mattress topper makes my sleep much better. The app says that it adjusts the temperature intelligently while I’m sleeping and also has a wake up alarm and tells me details of how I’ve slept in the morning. Eight Sleep does something similar but it’s more expensive and I love the way the Orion looks!
