Just bought the topper and love it. The app however is the worst! The schedule doesn’t work and I’m noticing it turns off in the middle of the night or gets the times wrong. Trying to figure out how I can use the topper without the app
Locked down and bad
The topper hardware is actually decent. The topper material is not bad, but lost firmness pretty fast and left body imprints within a couple months. But these are reasonable for a topper product.
The app is absolutely horrible. There is just no excuse for this in 2025, especially with Vibe coding and genAI tools. I won’t even bother either all of the things that should be fixed, the list is everything.
This being said, at the very least give us access to the data the topper collects and an API for control, so that we can control this ourself. You are forced to use the app because everything is locked down. And the app is useless.

Great topper Terrible App
As stated in other reviews, it disconnects and is impossible to reconnect without multiple, frustrating steps.
Imaginary firmware update
Not sure why the app supposedly was updated to introduce features supposedly from the 3.1.0.0 firmware when the pad won’t actually update past 3.0.4.0. I’d love to know what these features are, but this company posts absolutely zero communication about anything on their end. Who doesn’t publish notes on what their firmware updates do? Apparently these guys

Doesn’t work
It connected once and never again. Stay away from this product. Would be great at about a third of the cost but because the app and wifi are useless you don’t get near the functionality out of it.
Terrible app
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been able to connect the topper once to the app. Only once. Ive turned the topper off-on. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. The is awful and simply does work. Since the app doesn’t work I am unable to use the topper/app features that would be most helpful. My wife has an Android phone and the version of the app works perfectly. Therefore, I am considering returning the topper for a refund. If I can use all the features why keep it?

Extremely Frustrating & Needs A lot of Work
Every so many months the topper completely loses connection to the app, which results in it refusing to recognize anything (get the circling magnifying glass saying it’s searching for my bed but never connects). This then requires me to start from the very beginning as if I am registering a new bed. This wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if the re-setup was quick, but whenever I have to reconnect it, it times out multiple times and refuses to connect to my Wi-Fi by telling me the password is wrong (which it is not). Takes approximately 30mins every time to eventually get it to work. I really do love the topper - it works great, but the app is one of the worst that I have ever used.

The topper itself is amazing. The app is absolutely useless. It’s supposed to be a schedule with on and off timer, but I can’t get it to work for the time I set. So the whole app is basically an on/off switch.
Biggest game changer for my sleep
I’ve tried many of the cooling technologies and this one blew me away (literally and figuratively). It gets cold FAST and is perfect for the different temperature needs of me and my wife. Highly recommended to anyone interested in optimizing their sleep health !
Won’t connect
Step 2 in the setup is to connect app to the topper. It fails to connect, so there’s no way to proceed.
