I’m still loving it 6 months in.
I wanted to provide two perspectives with this review, one about the app and one about the sleep system in case your here as a potential buyer.
First, the app itself - It’s a simple app that has really great features, does what it does without a subscription cost. It’s a mom and pop shop so I don’t expect or need to the razzle dazzle. After all don't really need to use the app more than once a week I’d guess.
To be clear, I have had glitches however they’ve all been associated with the connectivity with the app/topper more than the app itself. After I check the connections (plugs, wiring, etc.) to the topper and restarted my routers it’s been working great ever since. Icing on the cake - I contact the company for help through the website on Saturday night and the owner emailed me Sunday. I ignored the email since I had fixed it, but he called on Monday because he wanted to make sure I had the support I needed. In my mind, that’s quality customer support.
Second, the sleep system - I’ve done A LOT of research, looked at everything from Bed Jet, to the various water cooling systems, even high end Sleep Number solution and found this system to be the absolute best bang for your buck.
I live in Illinois, we get all the seasons here and the adjustable nature of the system is great. I can have it start with feet warmers and then move to cooling and wake me up with a little heat. Most other systems that include this have subscription pricing and costs more out the gate. There are two many subscription services and I ain’t got the wallet for it and even if I did this does the trick. This cools from the bottom up which is great because that’s where the heat gets trapped for me. It’s not water cooled so I don’t worry about leaks or mold. There’s no bulky unit or hoses to try and hide. It’s made my bed a tad softer, which I like. There’s more I could say but I would sum it up to say, if you’re in the market and have the money, this is the hands down best solution. Many of the reviews I saw online about this system played down it’s ability to heat / cool and I’ve had zero issues with that. I’ve not touched the highest or lowest settings because it’s effective.

Yeah, it’s bad
This app needs a lot of attention. I’ve had the device for all of a day and the app is constantly disconnecting from the perfectly snug device. I’ve given up and will just use the manual controls as slow and clunky as they are.
STELLAR customer service when app was buggy.
App was buggy to install but the customer service was AMAZING. He called me back on my schedule and persistently stuck with it until the problem was resolved. He was so pleasant to work with and very apologetic that troubleshooting was required. I feel much more confident with our purchase after such a positive customer service experience.

If I could give the app less than a 1, I would.
This could be the best app in the world, however, since it won’t connect to the topper, there are no trouble shooting resources available and customer service is only available when most people are at work, not at home where they can troubleshoot this, that makes it worthless. And it makes the topper only partially functional. It might be different if these toppers weren’t an investment to begin with. But there’s no excuse for not supporting something that is so expensive.

Bad app
I can’t say anything good about this app. It really detracts from the product. Company, why not just invest a little more to improve the app? You’re killing your self with this thing. We’re returning our product based on it.
