Something has gone wrong
Used to work well now it’s rubbish, can’t get logged in, constantly having to go through the reset password process, prompts for biometrics then isn’t an option for use to log on and on it goes. Been waiting 15 minutes to get a balance. Really poor service
Not loading after IOS new update
Dear Developers, please fix this issue as soon as possible as on new ios update your app is not loading properly and I can’t see how much money I have in your account
Unsupported apps
It was a very good app. i started using since 2020 but now from last Jan, I got a message to update the App and after being updated when I login with my details. It does not support and shows unsuccessful please reset pin bla bla bla In the screen.
I changed the pin via Web link but again it does not work still same screen.
I had contacted the team with phone call and but also nothing was remedy till now. I work now at overseas and very difficult to get in touch with the team.

Dream experience
Once I had the App up and running it was so easy to use. Even calling an advisor was so pleasant and knowledgeable.
Difficult to access in app
I really struggled to login in the app to my own account and need to call several times than more also it haven’t solved yet, I don’t know what’s the problem with this app system first time it makes alot easier to take loan and look all my a/c from there but now it’s pain in the ashh…😞😞
