App fails to launch on iPhone 6
Upon opening, the service monster splash screen briefly shows before the app crashes.
Have tried: force closing/re-opening; restarting phone; reinstalling app; phone is running latest available os version; updated all installed apps

Photos all day to upload if they even do. The app
Constantly crashes. Take forever to load pages and the most recent update made it to work I can’t save notes and have to force close the app to even use when I try to add a note bc the save and Close buttons don’t work

Desperately needs more updates
5 out of 10 uses this app crashes or stop loading pages forcing you to have to restart the app. Uploading pictures on network data is very spotty even in urban areas where 5g is readily available. Needs a reporting system for when app crashes so that developers can see realtime what’s going on. It feels like this app was created in a rush and not thought out completely. Unfortunately I’m forced to use whatever is available since my business is based on this software. It does have potential but needs to be worked on regularly to work out bugs. When these issues are worked out would love to give a 5 star review

Unstable
App was pretty stable up until a few updates ago. Wasn’t perfect and could have been better. Now you really need to close the app after every use; sometimes in the same session. Crashes all the time. Feels like it goes into an endless loop when trying to refresh data even on WiFi. Some fields that have data are blank in emails, line items, and service items.
