I have found sesh groups really helpful. I always feel safe to talk and included in the group. It has really helped me stay on task during the week!
So much easier not having to search for therapists on my own
It’s always been a pain for me to find the right therapist (would have to try a few out) AND also not burn a hole in my pocket. Sesh is great where all the therapists are curated for different groups and are good at what they do. These sessions have helped make my days better.
This app is what the world needs right now 🙏✨
Yes!! I honestly love therapy and recommend it to everyone I know whenever they are going through something. The thing I love about Sesh is it is an affordable option for therapy and also introduces people to group support, which has personally helped me so much process past-trauma and realize I’m not alone.
