We were on a stag do not high spirited or drunk yet told we could not drink yet other groups where a lot louder and noises drinking as we were only allowed water, ruined the vibe of the night!!

Best food, huge variation for fussy eaters. The view from the balcony is great too!

Difficult to sign up and counter-intuitive
Absolutely hopeless going out on a night out with a group of friends, only to have everyone struggle to sign up and order. Nobody spoke to each other- yet another technology fail when it could have been a game-changer
The place is awesome, the app is terrible
App doesn’t show vendors, slow loading, what options do show don’t allow you to order anything (whole point of the app). Would be great if the apps purpose was fulfilled 😔
Shocking
Shocking slow app, at least three or four attempts to order and then the same again to make payment…. A family next to us finished there food before we completed an order for two people!
Needs some bug fixing
We needed to place separate orders as the app froze after adding 2 or 3 items
Very poor experience at Shelter Hall in Brighton
“App crashed” said the vendor when I enquired where my wife’s meal was. Mine had arrived from another vendor 20 minutes earlier. Place wasn’t very busy - it was a Tuesday afternoon - so who knows what happens when it’s busy?
Whole experience here is overrated - style over substance - and we won’t be back!

Great Vibe
Lucky enough to get in on a Christmas Party night in December. The food was amazing ( we had the steak and fries, soo good ) . Service was excellent and the buzz was brilliant. We didn’t want to go home. Can’t wait to come back again
