Needs better support
Have used this app for a while and generally it has worked well. However I have been having issues with watches not being recognised as online/within network which they are and information is not connecting somehow (I know the sim works-I can call it via my phone, so it has network coverage). I have made several attempts to ask for support via the app and developer website but have not had a reply. This is a shame as otherwise has been a useful app

Not that good
Great idea but the gps puts my child miles away from where he actually is wish I spent more money and got something better
Location issues
The app is constantly showing wrong location, it doesn’t have many streets names of my city. Showing wrong info.
The idea is good, but………
The app is a level above trash. The GPS location is never on you. Look at it to check where your child is and it says your child 15 miles away from where they really are. Your heart starts to beat. It’s not a good app. It’s not put together well at all, and it’s seemed to improve very little in the five years since we’ve used it with my oldest child used it.
