GPS isn’t very good
It works better when the location has been previously logged but it’s really not great.

When I put the SIM card in, it makes a loud notification noise and it doesn’t stop. There’s no way to set up the SIM card properly. I don’t recommend the watch. The customer service is even worse, they take 4hrs to respond and it’s not helpful, I emailed them a handful of times and still no resolution

Great app, however it could use some improvements. For example if I’m an admin I should have an option to add other family members without sending them QR code and so on. On top of that requests for approval often don’t show up. Other than so far so good good

Constant ads, inaccurate location, slow to locate.
Lost your child in a busy crowd? No problem the app can locate them within 500 m2 so you only have to see through 10,000 other people to find them and also you have to watch an ad first then wait 2 minutes for it to update the location.
With all these issues combined the person that took your child is sure to get away.

Für Kinder, die in Sichtweite sind, gut
Wir haben eine Uhr mit Telefonie und GPS gekauft. SeTracker2 ist die App dazu. Ich finde die App grundsätzlich gut, allerdings ist die GPS Funktion unbrauchbar. Der Standort ist ungenau, meist erst in der nächsten Ortschaft, obwohl mein Kind vor mir auf dem Spielplatz spielt. Wir haben schon alles probiert, aber nichts hat geholfen.
Wer also nur Sprachnachrichten senden/empfangen möchte, einen Klassenzimmer Modus benötigt oder Videoanruf, der wird an der App nichts auszusetzen haben. Wer Tracking benötigt (z.B. Schulweg), der sollte auf Marke-Uhren mit professionellen Apps zurückgreifen.
Schlecht ist es nicht aber super nützlich eben auch nicht.

Basically works
We bought this watch and Sim card for our 10 year son. We wanted to give him some freedom but didn’t want to get him a phone or an Apple watch. It is not waterproof. The GPS location is sometimes wildly inaccurate. But mostly, I refresh it a few times and it ends up locating where I expected it. He can call me, SOS me and call a few other preprogrammed numbers ( his sister, grandma). It’s not perfect but for the money, I think it’s a good starter…

What is with the ads ? Get rid of them
Completely useless
I’m using it in Canada and I’m not getting any notifications when my daughter tries to message me. I have all the notifications enabled. It’s a horrible app.
Exactly what I wanted
I was worried when I read some of the reviews with inaccurate location. I have not had one problem. All the features seem to be working as they should, especially the voice monitoring. Which is the main reason why I chose THIS watch over other smart GPS watches. Very important… if you want to use that feature, you must add a “standalone” line to your mobile phone plan. If you don’t say that specifically, you will have the wrong plan and the watch won’t work as it should. I definitely recommend this watch.

Adds are set up to make you think you have to click on them to move forward then your downloading stud you didn’t want. I paid to remove adds, but that doesn’t improve the app. The apart watches still have connectivity issues and gps works maybe 20% of the time. Adding second watch for second child is also not working. Support is non existent. Would not buy or use this system if a better one was available.

Won’t register my account
Whenever I try to register the account and set a password, it keeps blocking me from registering (as if my password isn’t following the password rules of 8-16 characters, alphanumeric with special characters). I’ve tried several passwords, and even downloaded the app on a different device, and still can’t get registered.
