Reliable App!
I bought my 8 and 10 year old sons two smart watches. Both are in sync with SeTracker2. I have had no issues after two weeks of use. Does the GPS location has some lag time, sure however, we live in an area surrounded by forest. Our cellphones have difficulties connecting in these areas at times. I can switch to each watch with a press of a button and have total control of the functionality of the watches. All in all, it’s an overall good app especially for the smart watches.

Can you let the app add on more device and I know you will say yes it is already there just add it no it is no letting me
I would not recommend this if you want everything to work
We purchased this for our 8yr old boy. Within an hour the strap pin broke. We reached out to the company and they sent a replacement promptly.
I do have an issue with the location settings. When my son is at home it shows he is 2 kms away from where he actually is. When he has accidentally sent an sos message, the link shows his location is in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean…. I also don’t think it is physically possibly for anyone do 60k steps in a day. If you are wanting a watch with all these settings I would suggest looking for something else. The ability to call works well and the alarm works well.

Bonne application
Très bonne application, les menus sont plutôt simples à comprendre et bien traduits. Je pense que l’application pourrait encore s’améliorer avec notamment l’ajout de nouveaux cadrans et la possibilité de les modifier depuis l’app, ou encore la possibilité de séparer les conversations des parents par exemple et certainement encore plus de choses, c’est pourquoi j’ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5.

Needs better support
Have used this app for a while and generally it has worked well. However I have been having issues with watches not being recognised as online/within network which they are and information is not connecting somehow (I know the sim works-I can call it via my phone, so it has network coverage). I have made several attempts to ask for support via the app and developer website but have not had a reply. This is a shame as otherwise has been a useful app

Not that good
Great idea but the gps puts my child miles away from where he actually is wish I spent more money and got something better
Location issues
The app is constantly showing wrong location, it doesn’t have many streets names of my city. Showing wrong info.
The idea is good, but………
The app is a level above trash. The GPS location is never on you. Look at it to check where your child is and it says your child 15 miles away from where they really are. Your heart starts to beat. It’s not a good app. It’s not put together well at all, and it’s seemed to improve very little in the five years since we’ve used it with my oldest child used it.

It works better when the location has been previously logged but it’s really not great.

When I put the SIM card in, it makes a loud notification noise and it doesn’t stop. There’s no way to set up the SIM card properly. I don’t recommend the watch. The customer service is even worse, they take 4hrs to respond and it’s not helpful, I emailed them a handful of times and still no resolution

It has many features, anything you might need for the kids, good GPS, calls. Very good in that sense. The setting process is too long, it should be easier.
