Collecting your information and then declining to provide you with reservations
It will ask for your identity, including your phone number, and then just tell you that you aren’t invited. Basically a data collection scam there is nothing here but them capturing your information.
Every time it updates you have to delete and redownload
Happens every time there is an update. You have to delete the app and redownload. Otherwise it won’t let you sign in.
Bad Updates
The recent updates have made the app less and less useful. They are focused on decreasing the functionality of this app. The biggest issue with these updates is not being able to view data from last year since it seems now data only shows for the past 6 months. It was useful to be able to go back and see data to prepare for this year.

This app has more security than my bank. Its annoying its signs you off all the time, asks to change password etc etc. we are hospitality we are in a rush always. Time wasters
