Bad Updates
The recent updates have made the app less and less useful. They are focused on decreasing the functionality of this app. The biggest issue with these updates is not being able to view data from last year since it seems now data only shows for the past 6 months. It was useful to be able to go back and see data to prepare for this year.

This app has more security than my bank. Its annoying its signs you off all the time, asks to change password etc etc. we are hospitality we are in a rush always. Time wasters

I just had my reservation cancelled because this app had overbooked the restaurant. That's kind of the most basic level function it is supposed to do. And the app is super buggy. It doesn't have a way to create new accounts.

Terrible experience. The app is suddenly asking for a username and password which I don’t have. It doesn’t even give me the option to create new account! How am I suppose to use the app?! Even when I use “forgot password” it doesn’t send an email

Nice but room to grow
The app has some needed functions that are not available on desktop view, and desktop has some needed functions that are not available on app.
There are some glitches like my notifications randomly stopping, necessitating a full delete and reinstall of the app to restore function of that I have submitted tickets for that have yet to be resolved, and the help desk can be hit or miss.
Overall it’s decent but has plenty of room for improvement.

Logs you out all the time
This app logs you out every 24 hrs. Doesn’t even save your log in info. Very annoying. Also doesnt show the marketing tab

The app literally logs you out every other day and you have to type in the password! It is so annoying please fid this!!!
Bad product for restaurants
Very buggy during busy times. Seems to also log you out of the iPad and require you to reset the passwords which is unnecessary. Horrible transition into different shifts if you don’t close between them. Not very intuitive if you decide to run the whole day as a shift either.
One of the most poorly conceived reservation apps on the market
It is routinely problematic to sign-on and offers very little functionality/information beyond simply booking.
Why do you not have an app for us WHO make reservations!
I want to have an app for making reservations for the few restaurants in Phoenix that uses you!
Because I have to go to the site AND then you assume that I have a Google or Facebook account I want to register with or I have to do as a guest.
Make it easier! I don’t use Google or Facebook to book reservations. I have an email however I want your system to know me like OpenTable does.

Really slow
I hope they end up updating it because every action takes a long time to do and the most annoying thing is the status of the tables like if someone paid, it ends up appearing on the screen after a looooong time so basically it doesn’t help at all as I do need to go check the table and leave my post to see if people left already or not.

Worst app reservation
Literally every time I see a restaurant relies on seven room I just decide not to make a reservation at that spot. The app never works, the mobile version never works. Common guys, it’s a restaurant app. You literally have one job and it never works.

this app only exists to collect you emails. its impossible to unsubscribe, they sent it again an again, selling you email to restaurants you've never been to

Very nice app with great features BUT it crashes every other day lately, for a few hours at a time. Not good during a Brunch on Sunday!
