Invite Only
Tried to download this app because one of my favorite restaurants moved their reservation system to this app but you apparently this app is “by invitation only.” Why bother having it on the App Store if it can’t be accessed?
Every time it asks to register again
Not sure what the point of this app is. Every time I open it asks to re-enter phone and email as if I'd never used it before. Details are not saved. No rewards no feedback option.. I can just book via google
Misleading
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one irritated me so much that I felt I had to. I had to use SevenRooms to book reservations while traveling to Paris. I downloaded this app thinking I could manage my reservations from one centralized location, only to enter in my info and be told I didn’t have an invite to use it. You shouldn’t list an invite only app on the App Store as it’s misleading and feels like a data grab tactic. If I could give negative stars I would.

Buggy
When it works, it’s fine; but it often times out or logs you out and becomes difficult to log in, or all your bookings disappear for a minute or so. Clearly some bugs to iron out.
Endless Issues
Unable to log in most of the time. Reinstalled app as suggested and it has not linked any forthcoming or past reservations which must be stored under my profile somewhere. Not worth bothering with…

This App is Non-Functional
If you’re looking for an app to manage your SevenRooms reservations, this app will not allow you to do so. It is merely a signup for a waitlist for an app that may or may not be released in the future. Confusing and misleading.
Uses disallowed methods to “enrich” user profiles
A restaurant manager showed me my profile in the Sevenrooms iPad app, and it had info that could only have been pulled from LinkedIn and other sources. I understand why restaurants would want to know more about their patrons, but resorting to using data brokers like Clearbit or whoever is the shady af “personal data aggregation” source is an unethical decision by Sevenrooms. I’m not resident in the US, and the country I live in in the comfort and the countries I dine in have much tighter opt in and disclosure obligations than the US does. Apple, you need to take a look at this.

Really disappointed
I have booked with SevenRooms numerous times in Paris , Edinburgh and elsewhere. I was disappointed to find out that despite downloading the app I was unable to use it due to it being “invitation only”. Just seems strange when I was only looking to look at restaurants which were linked via seven rooms as the places I’ve been prior were amazing.

Absurd. Doesn’t even work on the login screen.
Impossible to use
I can’t even log into this app because they try to verify your phone but never actually send you the code. Tried multiple times, total failure.

Avoid
This service is not user friendly. Doordash overpaid for this poorly designed concept that doesn’t have a decent app. I avoid any restaurant that uses this service, presumably because it is cheaper than the alternatives.
Hoping to make Reservations.
I was downloading it hoping for it to be just like OpenTable, as far as making reservations for restaurants that’s may not be in the OpenTable app. I did everything it asked me to do, and then i’m sitting at a locked screen that’s saying it’s waiting for invitation or something like that. Just horrible.

Confusing
I provided my information and then I’m told that the app is “invitation only.” That should be posted on your home page so people do not waste their time.
Shameful
This app doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for a code to even start using it. To call this an app is a bold faced lie. I can also do the same service if you just want to send me your phone #, I won’t text you back

Shimmers booking Dubai
I used seven rooms to book the restaurant and had to give them a card. I tried to cancel the booking is Shimmers phone number no help. No cancellation assistance via seven rooms I emailed the restaurant with no success. I was informed I have been charged for not turning up for my booking and charged 4 time the figure Seven rooms said thr cancellation feee was.

Unable to create an account
I’ve been trying for several hours and the system wouldn’t generate a code to my cell phone. I can’t believe restaurants are using this app for their reservations. It’s simply useless.
