Sevenstead Shifts

Clock in, track breaks, correct completed shifts and export weekly or monthly personal time summaries. CLOCK AND BREAKS Name a project or client, clock in, start/end breaks and clock out. Active elapsed time follows the device clock, including background time. YOUR OWN TIME JOURNAL Add or edit completed shifts, break duration and notes. Correct a forgotten clock-out. Invalid future, overlapping or inconsistent entries are rejected. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY TOTALS See work time, decimal hours, break totals and totals by project. Choose a Monday or Sunday week start. PORTABLE SUMMARIES Export selected-period PDF or CSV, all-entry CSV or a complete .shiftslate backup. PDFs offer a notes inclusion switch. KNOW THE LIMITS Personal time records only, not payroll, overtime, wage, invoice, billing, tax or legal calculations. Whole overnight shifts are assigned to their start date in the current device time zone rather than split at midnight. Displayed minutes round down while totals use exact elapsed seconds. LOCAL BY DESIGN Buy once: no app account, advertising, subscription or in-app purchases. Core records and exports work offline. No developer backend, tracking or analytics SDK, or automatic cloud sync. User-selected Files providers, support email and online sharing may need internet. PORTABILITY AND PRIVACY PDF and CSV summaries can include project/client labels, time records and notes. Complete .shiftslate backups include completed entries and an active shift frozen at backup time. A restored active shift stays frozen until saved or corrected; it does not restart. Files are not password protected. Restore validates a complete backup, saves a local before-restore recovery copy and replaces, rather than merges, the library. Save a complete backup outside the app before uninstalling or changing devices. For iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
