SiteNote: Photo Reports

Keep the details of a site visit together. SiteNote combines photos, observations, and project information into a PDF report you can review and share from your iPhone or iPad. Use it to document a property walkthrough, record maintenance issues, or prepare a handover record. CAPTURE AN OBSERVATION Take a photo with the system camera, choose a photo from your library, or add a text observation. Give each item a title, location, priority, status, and notes. MARK THE DETAIL Draw red, amber, or blue marks over a photo to highlight what you saw. Undo marks while editing. The imported original is preserved separately, and annotations remain editable in the project. KEEP THE REPORT IN ORDER Reorder observations to match your walkthrough. Update an item as work progresses with Open, Monitor, and Resolved statuses. ADD PROJECT INFORMATION Record the site, client, inspector, company name, and a summary. Add a company logo from your photos. Choose an Inspection or Property Handover report template. CREATE THE DELIVERABLE Preview a PDF with a cover, numbered observations, marked photos, project details, and notes. Long notes continue onto additional pages. Share the PDF or use the system print controls. Export a CSV to work with the observations in a spreadsheet. The CSV includes text fields and local photo file references; photos themselves are included in the PDF, not embedded in the CSV. WORK ON YOUR DEVICE Projects and imported images are stored locally. There are no accounts, ads, subscriptions, analytics SDKs, or cloud processing. Try the included sample report before adding your own project. Available on iPhone and iPad. Requires iOS 17 or later.
