Can’t access latest issue

I can’t access the latest issue, restore purchases does not work, and my monthly subscription still keeps getting charged. About to cancel.

I’m canceling my subscription. When I could get the magazine I loved it. But when there are updates I lose the ability to see new issues. I’ve sent messages but been told they vacant locate my subscription. They can locate my iTunes account to get my money. I love getting magazines on my tablet, but not if you can’t read them

Lost issues

I have lost two years worth of subscriptions now because the app hasn’t let me read them. It’s very frustrating and I have canceled because of this. However, my subscription runs until August 2020 so I guess I just threw that money away as well.
