Very easy to use
Love the app. Would love to be able to search for a registered beneficiary rather than having to scroll down a list please. Other than this, the app is great!

Not showing individual deposits
Total is not matching with deposits. Individual Deposits are not showing up.

Pls tell me why I should bank with seylan bank? Crappy internet banking service with unprofessional staff involved. Again my app started not working I had to call several times to ask assistance. There was no communication to customer whatsoever and being unable to perform my banking I had no option but to chase for people in the respective department for help. Again pls let me know the reason for me being a customer in this bank ?

Worst app
Most of time app doesn’t work. And duplicate the transaction as well..
It blocked my account
I can access internet banking through any browser with my userID and password, but every time I try to use this app with same credentials it blocks my account after 3 attempts.

Useless app
Just another damn banking app from Sri Lanka. I live in Australia, and have used several developed world banking apps, these apps make your life easier. Sri Lanka shows typical developing world features. No proper internet banking standards. If you make 3 mistakes typing a password, hell, you have to waste several hours to bring your account active. If you press previous page button you have to log on again. Now I accidentally push the page on this app and I ended up in login page again. I can not log into the app or web again it says possible improper log out! , every 45 days password changes, (obviously we have to write it on a less safe place) something we never see in Australia. OTP comes in a passworded pdf ( we have to find my I D number to open it). I phone face activation, It seems Seylan IT does not aware of it. Keep a single password of my preference, use otp or app token generator.

So Much To Improve
App- is call something make even easier our things, ever faster. But this App is not doing any of that. So much to improve.
