The only login options available are for those who work at SFO. It is not meant for travellers in contrast to the app description and internet search results.

Confusing
As an airline employee at SFO, I thought this was ideal. But when I DL’d the app.. there was a few loopholes to get the actual access to the app. I gave up. This app needs to be more straight forward and user friendly.
Please make this app available for public use!!!

Seems like no indication that this is an employee only app so many of us are wasting time downloading g it only to learn that later. Please add that to the top of the description.
Allow the public to access this!
This looks like a beautiful app...but only for those who can use it! Travelers are eager to access the information this app conveys. Please make a version for the general public to use while we transit through San Francisco International Airport.
Password required
So when you open the application it requires a SFO commission login and password. However, I could not find anywhere that the general public could get a password and a login. This app is meant for insiders.
