My whole reason for buying this was to automatically track my water intake. Unfortunately it’s not doing its job. I have to manually input every time.

Connects great to my bottle
Failed App
The app has failed to clear the level recorded in the water bottle on a day by day basis.
After closing the app and then reloading it, it still does’nt sync correctly.

Terrible app
Now the app doesn’t connect to my cup after the new update. I can’t even unbind. I have to delete the app, then relogin, unbind the current cup then rebind it via Bluetooth all over again. The Developers better wake up your ideas. Instead of taking a step forward with the new app, you are taking 3steps back.

The bottle’s great, the app is a joke
I love the actual bottle but the app is the worst app I ever used. Terrible. I connected and did the calibration and it’s not registering anything.

Works But Could Be Better
The app itself works but all of the features and or stats because it’s not fully in English for those that are in English dominant countries. It would be better if the app was to calibrate to the main language of the country you live in. I got this water bottle to help track my fitness.
Healthkit sync issue
The app and bottle connect well. Also have the healthkit permissions set properly. Tried uninstalling the app many times and regranting permissions. Basically any manual input of liquid intake does get written intl healthkit but any input that comes from a sync with bottle reading is synced to the app but not synced with healthkit. Looks like the connection with healthkit and permissions are correct just the data is not written to healthkit when the data comes from the bottle sync... Help please...

PHONE NUMBER ERROR
The app wants to force me to “bind my phone” to link my bottle. I can’t link my bottle EVER because the binding code doesn’t arrive
Few updates will go a long way
- have an option to not light up when I pick up or move the bottle (only light up for a reminder)
- setting the color for the light is not intuitive
- a way to recalibrate the bottle
Otherwise the app is nice and simple and the alien is a nice touch.

Barely functional
Numerous translation issues, the lighting feature is so barebones it’s practically non functional. Whatever software calibrates fill % is incorrect and there is no way to calibrate fill level again.
Works great
Works great have to make sure Bluetooth is turned in and app has permission to use it.
