Automation Issues
Last year, the automation that allowed you to operate all shades at once disappeared from the app. Also, we are often running into issues of the automation not working at all…we seem to be resetting devices way too often.

No more automation
Automation is gone with the last update. Everything is now manual with the app :(. Also grouping devices does not work anymore.

Bad developers
This app is horrible!!!!!! I have to plug in my Bluetooth charger and go to the app to open/close the shades. This happens even when the Bluetooth is fully charged. It seems like the app is not hooked up to the Bluetooth until the charger is plugged in. Once plugged, I can open/close for several times before it stopped working again.
