Incredibly frustrating 85% of the time

Just spent the money on buying a bridge to use the app. Rarely shows accurate info which makes it kind of worthless if you’re not physically there to see the shade position and you still have to use remote or Alexa, but neither of those tell you when you’re getting low on battery life. Currently out of 3 shades closed to 97% and all three were charged within the last 24 hours, the app shows shades are at 47%, 41% and closed and 2 show yellow battery and 1 red battery. Of the 6 data points, not one is accurate. It’s a recurring theme. They really need to revamp this thing based on all of the similar reviews to mine. Why have an app that is so off the mark?!

Does not work with HomeKit

Does not work with HomeKit despite their documentation saying “works with Siri”. It’s a lie. 5K in shades, now I get to fight for my money back.

Worthless

I have the latest iPhone. Great Internet connection. I’ve read the instructions 10 times. It says there’s a firmware update. If I select update, then it takes forever to download and then crashes and says unsuccessful. If I choose not to update firmware, then it deletes the bridge completely so I have to start over.

Finally got the update to work after finding another location to update it. Now the system seems to work fine. I really like the scenes and the timer.

Connecting the app is horrible. What happened to pug and play?

Not compatible with all Apple devices

I’d really like this to be available on Apple Watch. So much more convenient if so. Siri commands don’t work on watch.
