Awful in-app instructions
I was able to get my hub set up, but not my remote. I follow the instructions-app instructions carefully and the steps continue in an endless loop. They don't offer any support.

Worst app ever.
Impossibly difficult to set a schedule. Would not have purchased these blinds if I knew how difficult this would be. Stay away at all costs. You should be ashamed at yourselves for publishing such a horrific piece of software.
Bad program
I can’t get 2 devices to work. If you add a second device it knocks off the other one. Then I can’t get the blinds added back on when I finally did get back on but knocked wife’s device off line. Disappointing.
So easy to use
I am not super tech savvy but this app is not intimidating at all. I programmed the shades with the help from the retailer and was able to make adjustments myself afterwards. Can’t be happier!
