Works but needs improvement

It was easy to connect the hub and then add all the shades. The control over the shades is easy to understand.
The problem is that I haven’t found a way to change the shades within the groups. I don’t understand the grouping the app chose but it doesn’t allow me to control all the shades in one room without effecting others.
A good start but not ready for prime time

upgrade to 3.0

Since the upgrade the 3.0 the scheduling stopped working.

Awful in-app instructions

I was able to get my hub set up, but not my remote. I follow the instructions-app instructions carefully and the steps continue in an endless loop. They don't offer any support.

The app has been poorly translated from Chinese to English

Worst app ever.

Impossibly difficult to set a schedule. Would not have purchased these blinds if I knew how difficult this would be. Stay away at all costs. You should be ashamed at yourselves for publishing such a horrific piece of software.

Needs Updating

The HomeKit connection to my Norman blinds seems pretty unreliable (random shutters not being where they should be). The ShadeAuto app seems better, but the app itself crashes a lot so is frustrating to get in there to actually create scenes etc. Expect more for the cost of these blinds…
