Disappointing experience
Didn’t live up to the hype or the advertising
Doesn’t do much for $80 a year
The only thing this app does is draw info from Apple health and the presentation is way too simple to be of any help. Everything else is journal entries and dream signs. You can do this in free apps. There’s no journal summary or any insight at all. Save $80 every year and just type them into excel or a free journal app. $80 is way too much for a simple app. It’s one of the highest I’ve seen, especially for a journal app. I almost forgot, I never got the free trial. This is a bait and switch because they charge you instantly so that you can’t just cancel. We need to stop supporting these simple, high priced , subscriptions. Not sure if anyone noticed , but all of the changes in the change log are the same this makes it appear like they are working on it.

all my data disappeared
every dream entry i had just disappeared out of nowhere, very glad i’ve only had this app about a week so there was only about 10 or so dreams logged.

Lucid dreaming
I have been trying to lucid dream for about 6months now constantly meditating and practicing lucid dreaming techniques. That’s when I came across this app and let me tell you it has increased my speed & progress by 10X highly recommend for anyone who is serious about learning about lucid dreaming and embark on the most amazing journey of their lives. Awesome but one suggestion
Please make it so we’re can add drawings or upload images to our journals. I like to draw in my dream journal to remind me of what it actually looked like. I think this addition would be grate and make the dream journal much better.

An amazing app
I got the free trial and I honestly I’ve been getting more dreams. I haven’t had anything like a lucid dream but I’ve been realizing I’m in dreams. I do wish this was free, but I understand they do have to make money otherwise an amazing.

This app is good for keeping track of your dreams.
Honestly this is probably all you need to learn how to lucid dream. There is a subscription but it doesn’t get in the way of the main interface. I have one suggestion. Can you please make it an option to not log the “time” when we lucid dreamed. This is because I don’t know when they occurred and I don’t pay attention to it and then when I go to my insights it tells me my best dreaming time is around 8 - 9 am in the morning. But thats just when I usually log it. Thank you for your consideration.

Really great exercises
I love learning the techniques. I have only had one dream since I started, but I was able to make myself lucid. That was nice because it was otherwise a horrifying dream. I do have 2 critiques: one could add some info about how to best prep the mind for dreaming in the first place. Also, the guide voice is just a little too quiet. Adding a little volume would help.

Had a lucid dream in 3-4 days
I’m still learning the app, and honestly haven’t even used it that efficiently or effectively, but I had a lucid dream within the third or fourth day of having the app so it earns five stars for me.
Definitely the most gentle way of being taught lucid dreaming I’ve experienced.
this is not the first time I’ve had a lucid dream, but I’m thrilled to have had it after three or four days of downloading g the app. Which leads me to choose to pay for the year loan subscription.
In the small amount I have communicated with Support, they have been fast to respond.

It messed my mind up
I used the guides to lucid dream last night, but it messed up my dream/sleep patterns. My dreams were fragmented in intervals of wakefulness and very light sleep all night. However, I remember very clearly all my dreams, and I almost never seem to recall them on a regular basis. I don’t think I reached the lucid dream state though…

The “am I dreaming” reminders don’t appear to work
I was really disappointed with this app. The main reason I wanted it was that it was supposed to regularly send me reminders to ask myself if I was dreaming; the idea was to get in the habit of doing this so it would carry over into the dream world. I set mine to give me the maximum of four reminders daily, but I don’t seem to have received a single one. Nothing else in the app was particularly helpful; I don’t need an app to keep a dream journal.
