Scam Company

Bought in 2018. Still have not received anything.

Great Tool

It’s a great tool. Too bad it is not yet available for android too.

App Crashes on Start

I cannot accurately track my data when as soon as I open the app, it crashes. Please fix this so I can continue to track my fitness progress.

Poor Support - inconsistent app

I’ve owned a ShapeScale for over a year, I bought in to the kickstarter in 2017.

The problem I have with the device and app is that the QR code doesn’t always scan, and if you do multiple in a row almost 100% of the time you need to unplug the device and restart the whole set-up time.

After this last update my ShapeScale has completely stopped performing any scans after the QR code is scanned. The ring dial shows it’s ready, QR code scans and makes an audible beep like it always does, but then nothing happens.

Customer support phone says they do not monitor any phone calls or messages and to text message or email.

I’m not sure what the goal of ShapeScale is given that there are apps that use the iPhone to do the same thing now, but given that the subscription price and unit cost are high, there are probably better options that are more reliable and have better customer service.

Missing Integration

It’s a nice way to see the measurements. Too bad it doesn’t swirl with Apple Health to log information there. It’s a data island.
