Bad costumer service

It is a convenient app , I used it few times was great and easy until you need help with an issue , and then forget about it. No way to call with an American phone and when I got to call with local phone , I had to do it 3 times, repeat my issue 3 times to 3 different agents , only to be told they will call me back with a solution , each said the se thing ,but none did , I gave up , won’t use it again . Lost some money and time .

App crashes before verification completes

I went through all the verification steps, after the face photo is taken it briefly shows a loading bar and then the app crashes. No account is created, so it’s unusable.

היה חוויה מעולה ממש. רכב נקי ובמצב מעולה, אפשרות נוחה לשמירה, מחיר סביר והכל באמת בצורה ברורה ופשוטה לשימוש.

שירות גרוע ואפליקציה גרועה.

עדכון בעקבות התגובה:
הכל גרוע. אי אפשר לעשות כלום בלי להכניס צילום של רישיון נהיגה משני הצדדים וכרטיס אשראי. אפילו לא לחפש רכבים. ברגע שהתחרטתי ולא רציתי להמשיך להכניס פרטים האפליקציה נתקעה לנצח באותו המסך. בפנייה לשירות לקוחות לא עזרו לי אלא ביקשו לשלוח להם במייל את הפרטים המזהים (צילום תעודת זהות הפעם). פשוט לא רציני…

Great & flexible car rental option

The con is that you will need to return the car to the same spot you picked it up from

I would definitely rent again

Thanks for the easy service. I would recommend improving the driver license scanning - sometime takes time to get it work

לא קיבלתי החזר כספי כמו שצריך

אז ככה לקחתי רכב שיתופי קיבלתי את הרכב עם קצת יותר מחצי אני לתמימותי החזרתי דלק מלא!!!! ולא קיבלתי זיכוי הוגן לא מומלץ להתנהל מול שירות וההנהלה שלהם כי לא מעניין אותם הם דפדפו אותי והתנערו מהאחריות יצא ששילמתי 100 שח יותר תזהרו!!
