Poor UX

I wanted to use the app to book a ride for AHM 2023. Upon multiple submissions for more than a week, I did not receive a single OTP, and the rides are sold out.

Scammed my money

I paid for a trip which was cancelled. The second time I used it, because it wasn’t so clear how to pay with your existing credit, I was charged again leaving me with 2 trip credit. I understand that during covid there was not many passengers travelling to work so they cancelled some services, but don’t offer it if it’s not gonna be available. Now my credits have disappeared so they basically just took my money. I asked for a refund got no reply. AVOID

You can book a monthly pass directly through the app to secure your seat. Payment can be made using a Credit or Debit Card. Upon successful purchase, you will receive an electronic bus pass with a validity date confirming your seat.
