Keeps prompting to update mobile to 2.8.9
There’s no update available on AppStore. Stupid app. Sometimes location doesn’t works. What kind of developer is supporting this???

I wanted to use the app to book a ride for AHM 2023. Upon multiple submissions for more than a week, I did not receive a single OTP, and the rides are sold out.
Scammed my money
I paid for a trip which was cancelled. The second time I used it, because it wasn’t so clear how to pay with your existing credit, I was charged again leaving me with 2 trip credit. I understand that during covid there was not many passengers travelling to work so they cancelled some services, but don’t offer it if it’s not gonna be available. Now my credits have disappeared so they basically just took my money. I asked for a refund got no reply. AVOID

App bad, experience mehhh.
The app is quite glitchy, cannot send SMSes and cannot view where the bus is too.
On the bus, it was warm too! I took it for the income eco run. We paid 9bucks for aircon bus, didn’t we?

Worst services
On the app bus shows will pick up by 7:15 AM but never got the bus before 7:35 and never reached office by 9.
The driver is so careless, even if you are at the busstop and if the bus has stopped little farther or before the actual busstop he will not wait until we walk towards the bus.

App performance
The app’s performance is very bad. It takes very long to load the content of a page. Sometimes it even stuck at the loading screen and restarting the app doesn’t app. Hope the development team can look into the performance issue for iOS.
Bus was on time and App was clear on instructions
Great and reliable App to book ticket for bus boarding ahead. The tracking function becomes available only when passenger have checked in which is a good function, I think, but for first-timer, I was not sure if I should check in before boarding or on boarding. I had to refer back to instructions stating that you have to check in from 15mins before boarding. Bus was on time too. Bus code works well. Just show code to board. Overall happy with App.

great app, could use some improvements
the booking process is simple and intuitive. just wish they would include the “dates selected” in the confirmation summary page before we confirm payment. I keep second guessing myself and having to go back to the dates selection page and re-select the dates again as a double-check.

Good bus service. App needs serious improvement
Use a shorter password because each time your app disconnects, it logs out.

There have been improvements over the years to the reliability and response in the app. However further improvements can be made:
- Shortening time limit for booking a ride (GrabShuttle allows booking up to 5 mins before a trip starts but ShareTransport is 30 mins)
- Search function is still very buggy
- Buying advance passes should not require specific dates to be chosen - GrabShuttle used to allow 5 or 10 passes to be purchased to be used within a 5 week validity period, which is more flexible
- Too few spots available for the trips I am interested in, and already fully booked many days in advance - how to highlight to increase the capacity of the transport?

Map doesn’t work
Spent quite some time trying to get the map to locate my pickup for the first time using this app. Map couldn’t even work, pops out error message stating current location is invalid. Very disappointed with the app.
Poorly designed
Won't let me set home. Won't let me set work. Cannot find address via postal code. Unnecessarily complicated
Great App but Lousy Service
The app is user friendly and very informative. The service provided on the other hand is very lousy and doesn’t deserve a star. Purchased a ticket, never get picked up. Request for refund: instead of refunding the money paid, they only give credits. Not honourable. Avoid!!
Not able to track the bus anymore
Not sure if its due to new IOS or the app upgrade. But I am not able to track the bus anymore since 30 Oct. Hope the developers look into it.
