Horrible
Often when I login and it send the code the numbers keyboard doesn’t go away so I cannot submit it. If I do get in the data available is so limited and it is useless. In the search I tap a key and it takes a long time for it to show. Tap three letters and search gets all messed up with the delays. This is on an iPhone 17 Pro Max. So it’s not the phone. It’s also on 5G and gig WiFi, so not the network. Only thing left is this app. Don’t recommend.

Incapable and uninformative
Want to transfer these available shares in a five-step process? Step 4 is Error–can’t do that! Why not? Can’t tell you. Can I transfer the shares that have been sitting for more than a year? Yes, but step 4 is No. How about telling me how many shares I had a year ago? Sorry, we will only reveal the last six months of transactions.
What percent of my income can I contribute and not go over the ESPP share limit based on the current stock price? Sorry, that’s your problem, not ours. But if I overestimate, you’re just going to sit on my extra cash do nine months. Sounds like a YOU problem!
Can I just sell shares on Shareworks? Nope! You have to create a separate E-trade account and if you’re nice well let you transfer only to the E-trade account under circumstances we won’t tell you.

Doesn’t show total vested shares in the app … all you can view is individual vest amount upcoming and historical. Completely useless
Fix requested
It’s not possible to email the developers so I’ll have to do this as a review 🤦♂️ can you please look at the Apple Developer docs and search for “Password AutoFill”, and implement this for your app? Currently your app doesn’t play nicely with password managers like Apple Passwords or 1Password, and I would like to see this fixed.

Unable to login
The app used to work great but over the past several weeks, I am not able to login in as the app cannot connect to the server (the message received). Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve the issue.

The app is fine, except it requires me to complete my US tax certification EVERY SINGLE TIME through the computer each day before it allows me to log into the app, rendering said app as completely worthless. Why in the world would I need to certify so many times, concerned for liability or something??

Far too many bugs not sure why they are not fixed ASAP
The total holdings information hasn’t been showing for a while
I haven’t been able to see my totals on my dashboard in months! can you please fix? I can still see it on the portfolio page, just not on the dashboard. It shows up for a millisecond if I refresh the page by pulling down, but quickly disappears and shows a warning message.
Dashboard issue
For a month now my dashboard isn’t opening, just error message saying to try back later. Everything else seems fine. Anyone else has that issue?
Rarely works
There always seems to be a problem logging into this app. It requires a full reset every few months
Please integrate with password manager applications
It’s so frustrating to have to copy/paste from apples passwords app or 1Password. Please integrate!
Zero stars
I can’t even sign in without logging in a browser first. Useless. Also to force people to install authenticator apps (Microsoft or Google no less!!) when Apple has a built in feature is absolutely ridiculous.
Good, when you can login
It’s maddening to have to have to log in to the web periodically to do “something” before you can even login to the app.
Unresponsive
Once the temporary passcode is received after dual authentication, the next screen does not open in the app once the code is entered.
