Useless app
This app is useless. Why wouldn’t the company pay attention to it?
This isn’t an app
This is just a web-based template. and a bad one at that. Completely useless. How in this day and age can a tech company not have an actual app?

The app is basically useless. There is nothing worth doing with the app.
The Sharpspring works well only on a computer with a large screen.
On phone or tablet, the app is helpless. Unfortunately the UI on the web application is awful too when using a phone. You really need to be at your desk to use the tool. Our sales team does not use it while on the road!
Moreover, I found getting info and education very painful! The virtual classroom does not work on my iphone!

Disappointing

App is dated. Shouldn’t be too difficult to at least keep up with the times.

Big fan of service, but app falls short
This app is quite old and is showing its age, both in terms of form (screen still letterboxed like an iPhone 4 size) and functionality.
At its most basic, I’d like to use it to manage contacts and log basic activities, but I’m not able to do that.

Needs improvement
Really needs improvement. Very little functionality compared to web version. Can’t send smart mail which would be very handy for sales users. No dashboard functionality.
Simple CRM
Great CRM for solopreneurs. It would be great if they updated the app to fit the X iPhones.
Lacking functionality
Not very useful. Need the ability to search by location, mapping of nearby leads would be ideal in order to maximize road time.

Does not allow you to change clients, which is strange since Sharpspring bills itself as a marketing automation tool for Agencies and not single clients.
App freezes constantly
The features of the app are good however the app continuously freezes up and has to be restarted. Please fix this.

Very limited features. View your personal contacts, add one, and see tasks. That's it. Bit pointless this app.
