This is supposed to be an improved customer experience???
Cannot delete account
The app always says having some server issues and cannot delete your account. The behavior is similar to malware.
So cool, except the ID Barcode scanner
The coolest hotel app I’ve ever seen…except it can’t do the one thing all the others can: properly scan IDs including the barcode. That’s a huge disappointment.
