Exactly what we needed
Came across this app and decided to download it. Been looking for an app for me and my wife to follow. We aren’t as knowledgeable in the workout space and needed an easy plan to follow that would tell us exactly what to do. This app has been perfect. Great workouts. Great instructions. We are a few weeks in and we are starting to see a big difference as we start our workout journey. Highly recommend.
