Hv had several appointments w/ her & always had to call a week later to complain that my hair color was not what I wanted. Always looked nice in salon with all the slick shine products & all the stylist always comment how great it looks ( makes you think it’s fine) $250 or more, never light enough. She always says, next time, next time we’ll do more highlights. I show pictures and giv suggestions for what volume stylist used in past that worked. Never ever gets it. Always wash’s out after 1st wash. I think it’s their color products they are using. Don’t stay in. I should not hv to buy color shampoo and time my own hair weekly to get it to look not yellow or shiney. Hv left her several messages , week after week. No reply 😡
Not worth wasting all my time & $$$ anymore. They need to all go to hair shows & stay up to date on latest color techniques!
