Impossible to use
The app is NOTHING like the instructional videos look like. I can’t do anything other than log in and see my orders. The app is pointless and I’m considering returning the entire device because I got it with the hopes of using it remotely from my phone. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
This is horrible
This app worked fine for a year… now I have to log in each time I try to view the pad or roll it up! I am not typing in my email and password each time. I am over this and about to throw away my pad machines.. and I own two!!!!!! Fix this app so I don’t have to log in each time I open the app
App still needs work
They updated the app so now all you get is their store front. Now I can’t control the machine because that part of the app just disappeared!
Not great
Really wanted this to work well. The app is buggy and operates so slowly. Maybe they’ll upgrade!
App crashes and won’t connect to my BP
The app crashes when I go to pair it so all the extra I paid for the smart version is basically useless….
