Sheer Health is something we’ve needed for years. I joined a year and a half ago when I first heard about them. It was good timing as I saw my children’s therapy bills stack up unsubmitted for more than a year.
I had tried to submit myself but it was so complicated and there were denials. I just didn’t have the time or mental energy to deal with it. Enter Sheer Health. I sent them a pic of my bills and that was it. Slowly the refunds began coming in, denials were contested and I was advised of the status and kept up to date on every single claim..
They make it so SO easy and seamless and are UBER responsive. Do they ever sleep? I love Maya and Grace. They seem to be the ones assigned to my family and my claims are beyond complicated and many. They are responsive, guiding and patient. Their system of tracking each case is genius.

Hands down the most valuable app and service to exist. Sheer has been absolutely phenomenal in easing the headaches of navigating insurance that no one should need to deal with. Truly worth every penny especially since they’ve already saved us far more than we pay for the membership!

Love how this app simplifies your contract for you to understand, and actually helps in finding loopholes used against you and can even identify loopholes to help you save on bills and premiums! Best part is, a real human ultimately verifies any decisions made as opposed to a bot or AI.

Sheer not only saved me $29k, but they were dogged with investigating just why my claim was initially denied, they would not let it go. Can’t recommend Sheer enough. So prompt and helpful — they often respond within hours of any question I have. My health insurer has been the worst, denying my out-of-network appointments for persnickety, bizarre reasons. Great service
Sheer helped me get an out of network gap exception which is extremely hard to do. They told me what information needed to be provided and the submitted it all on my behalf. Saved me a lot of time and the outcome is huge financially.
