Over all, pretty good
Like I said, pretty great over all! My only complaint is that I wish ALL categories updated as quickly as others.
I’m happy that, as a server/bartender, I am no longer allowed to see the written comments left in people’s surveys. We only see the numerical values they gave us. This might also be a setting that my company has chosen; but it’s worth noting. Having this app on my phone, and being a competitive person by nature; I would start every day by checking my surveys from the previous night’s shift. It can be very damaging to read what people have to say. Sure, it feels great to see all of the nice things people have to say about you most of the time. But sometimes, people can say some incredibly mean things. When people are upset and filling out a survey, they’re immediate words are not at all helpful/constructive. Just angry and hurtful. Anyway! Great app over all! Especially for those of us who thrive on competition :)

Only 1-5 out of 10-20 surveys show up. Yet companies hold employees responsible. Our jobs are dependent on these surveys and like I said most don’t show up but they don’t care how many we actually got only how mss as my show up. Horrible company and horrible app that doesn’t work accurately.
it was great, but now i cant open the app
ive tried unistalling and redownloading this app a million times, ive tried rebooting my phone and everything i possibly could. i cannot open the app. it says loading then quits to the main page. :(
