Didn’t work
I just downloaded this and registered. After I verified my email address the app booted me and said that I no longer have permission to use the app. It didn’t say what happened.

You got me hopeful that I could have a side hustle. You didn’t just have me create an account to see if there was anything in my area, nope. You had me do full onboarding, which was annoying but if figured you wouldn’t have me do it for nothing. Yeah, it was for nothing. You don’t need my info for you to not be in my area. Do better. Lose my info.

No way it’s working
I have tried to get work for 2 weeks now. This app hasn’t been great at all. It says shifts available not even a second before it’s gone. How it’s no way at all hours even 2am I try and it’s pops up and gone in a second or less. No one see the problem. Just say it’s no work or there are ghost shifts.

Broken Again
This app is getting worse and worse. Before, the app would just take a little longer than usual to load shifts. Then the app would take much longer to load shifts, resulting in the shift being taken before it can be uploaded on the app. After that, the app was sending notifications of shifts dropping but wouldn’t let me click on them, wouldn’t upload the shift, it would say “there are no shifts” but I see shifts in the app or just a simple “connectivity error” until all the shifts were gone. Now, the app won’t even notify me when shifts drop or upload shifts either. I’ve tried using the usual channels of communication to get it resolved but instead I’m met with the run around of “it’s a troubleshoot issue”, “we’re working on it”, “it was an error on their end and they’re sorry” or “we didn’t get any reports of issues from any clinicians besides me”. This is not a user error, this is an employer IT error and now negligence towards taking accountability and not actually resolving the issues of their app malfunctioning.

Bugs when trying to pick posted shifts.
I literally can’t pick up shifts because it takes too long to load. Not a WiFi problem, the app is just too buggy
I never get notifications on this app
It has happened multiple times where notifications will not go through. Some will go through but a lot of the time I will miss out on shifts or changes in shifts because I will not get a notification. I have tried everything to fix it on my end but I think it is a developer issue

App not working
This app does not work, I would literally accept a shift the very second it is posted only got it to show that the shift is no longer available like how? U can never ever see any shift available and it is so frustrating…
Connectivity issues
It won’t open due to connectivity issues . I be never had an app do this .

The app unfortunately freezes and breaks repeatedly which is so frustrating. I can’t give this a zero star but really disheartening that it’s not functional

This app/aya has had some rough periods, but with the newer updates and additional hospitals to work at, things are improving by a lot

It needs lots of improvement, I can never access available shifts since the app freezes constantly. It takes a long time to log back in. It’s a headache.
