Signature issues

There is no outline field for clients to sign, when customers go outside of those invisible fields, there is no signature registering. my recommendation either have defined parameters for signatures or allow the whole screen to be signed on.

Eats up too much battery

Eating up battery like crazy. Phone doesn't charge even when plugged in to charger while using this app, instead battery keeps getting discharged.

If this is only occurring while ShipTrack is active, then we would love to be able to investigate this for you. If you could send an email to servicedesk@descartes.com, this will open a ticket with us and we can investigate this for you. If you could provide us with your device model, OS version and battery health, that would also be very helpful.

Scan twice

I have to scan pickups multiple times and even after multiple times it won’t come off my itinerary. Please fix.
