Tapping the equipment search box when creating an order no longer loses your place when the keyboard opens, so you can type straight away. Scanning a QR code that belongs to another company now explains what's happening and offers to sign you in there, and the equipment and location screens have a back button. Also fixes the last page of long lists and a few crashes.
