This update fixes two issues. • Selecting some venues opened a city page instead of the venue. Venues now open correctly. • Deleting your account from within the app now completes. Your account and personal details are removed; reviews you left remain on the map anonymously.

Old photos, not accurate and hurtful to small businesses. Bad Ui. Horrible experience. If you love supporting sad tech bros trying to get rich off saying incorrect things about the small businesses you know and love in your town, this app is for you.

Inaccurate business review

Been to a business Shooki app reviewed. They gave the business a 5 out of 10 because they claimed the business only had one bathroom. Rationale was 1 bathroom was not enough for the business. As I said I’ve been there and they have 2 bathrooms. Perhaps the reviewer didn’t see that they had 2. But an honest review is based on the full facts.

Thanks for your feedback. We have hundreds of reviewers on the platform and they leave reviews based on their own experience/opinion. We are in the midst of building a "claim your profile" type feature similar to what you would see on a Google Business Profile. This will allow businesses to make their own updates about their restroom information. Which business were you referring to? You can also join the app and leave your own review with that competing information, which will update the businesses average rating. Just an FYI.
